RMC Homes LLC provides temporary housing to families in the event of a need.

Temporary housing refers to accommodations that are intended for mid-term stays rather than long-term residency. These arrangements are often used by individuals or families in transitional periods, such as during a home repair or renovation, job relocation, mid-term work assignments or while waiting for permanent housing.

The temporary housing we provide is acquired 3 different ways:

1. Properties are owned by either Matt, Ray, or Clarissa, owners of RMC Homes LLC.

2. Properties are leased by RMC Homes with the intent to sublease to families in need of temporary housing.

3. RMC Homes acts as a Property Referrer, whereby we connect Landlord’s properties to families. We handle the leasing processes, payment distribution for a percentage of the rent paid - expenses on a monthly basis.
