Owner / Founder

Raymund has a well balanced understanding in Customer Service and Account Management. He has a sales, marketing and financial background experience which he has gained working for various financial institutions, Silicon Valley high tech companies and has personally owned franchise businesses. He is responsible for the account management of landlords and local teams to facilitate a comfortable stay for the families. In his spare time, Raymund likes to spend time with his family traveling or going to Disneyland.

Matthew Mukoyama

Owner / Founder

Matthew has been an entrepreneur his whole life and understands how to run a successful service company. He has been in finance during his career. He is responsible for all the financial activities for the company and will make sure all your financial issues are paid timely and accurately. In his spare time, Matt loves to help the community and travel with his family and friends.

Lucille Lee

Operations Specialist

Lucy is our RMC Operations Specialist with 4 years experience in operations, customer service, sales and human resource. She brings a wealth of new knowledge and skills to the team. She is passionate about sourcing properties across California and Nevada and committed to provide the highest level of properties to our families and partners. During her free time, she likes to go window shopping with her kid named Daboy "The boy".

Marketing Specialist

Mary is our RMC Marketing Specialist, bringing six years of expertise in content creation, acquisition, administration, web development, and social media management. Her passion and enthusiasm shine through in every project, ensuring that our clients’ brands are represented with confidence and integrity. Mary is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and client satisfaction. In addition to her marketing skills, she is a talented tattoo artist with a deep passion for the arts.
